How AI credits work
Included each month: 500 on Launch, 1,500 on Growth, 3,000 on Scale.
- What uses them: the automations we run on your account, such as a follow-up workflow, a drafted reply, or the assistant answering a visitor on your site. A simple run uses a few credits; a long one uses more.
- What they are: a credit is our unit for the computing a run costs, so your count does not move when a provider changes its prices. A typical run is 10 to 40 credits.
- At the limit: the dashboard shows what is left. When a month's credits are used, you choose to buy more or wait for the next month. Extra credits are billed only when you ask for them.
- Where AI sits in the work: it helps us research, draft and run repeatable jobs. The plan's deliverables (pages, campaigns, creative, reports) are reviewed by a person before they reach you.

While you are on a plan: We build, host and change them as part of the plan.
When you leave: Hosting ends with the plan. Your domain stays yours. A handover is agreed at signing.
Designs and creative we make
While you are on a plan: Delivered to you as files, for your business to use.
When you leave: Keep using the files we delivered.
Your customer data
While you are on a plan: Yours. Export it from the dashboard whenever you like.
When you leave: Still yours. Ask any time and we send an export in a common file format.

Is the price on the card the price I pay?
It is where the plan starts. We agree the final scope and price with you before you commit, and nothing is charged until you do.
Does the price include my ad budget?
No. Ad spend runs on your own card with nothing added on top. The plan is what we charge to run the work.
What is the difference between the three?
How much we run: the number of paid channels, the spend we manage, the social channels, and how many things we have open at once.
How long am I committed?
Macro plans are month to month. If you are unhappy with our work, cancel within 14 days of your first payment for a service-fee refund. Ad spend and third-party costs are not refundable. Marketing results are not guaranteed.
Who owns the accounts and the work?
What you already had stays yours. Ad accounts, pixels, pages and automations we set up are held in our business accounts, and your engagement letter says what happens to them when you leave, including any transfer. Your customer list is yours to export at any time. The table above has the detail.
