Fair Use Policy

Some things on a MightWork plan are described as unlimited, and every plan includes a monthly amount of AI credits. This page says what those words mean in practice, so you know what you are buying before you buy it. It is part of our Terms of Service.

Unlimited SEO optimization

This is on-page and technical SEO on the pages we build and manage: titles, headings, structure, speed, the things that live on your own site. Off-page SEO, meaning link building, outreach and guest posts, is a separate add-on.

Unlimited marketing and site requests

A request is a change to the campaigns, channels and website we manage. Ask for as many as you like. Each plan sets how many can be active at one time, and that number is on your plan card. New requests queue behind the active ones.

A request is not custom development. Custom software and mobile app work is quoted as its own package.

Unlimited static creatives

Static images for the social and paid channels included in your plan. Video creatives are an add-on.

AI credits

Automations and other things we run for you, such as workflows, AI drafting and agent replies, are measured in AI credits. What a workflow uses depends on how much work it does, so a simple one costs fewer credits than a complicated one. Each plan includes a monthly amount, and you can buy more whenever you need them.

What fair use means

Your plan is for one business, the one on the account, and its own locations up to the count on your plan. It is not for reselling our work, running other businesses on it, or automated loops that exist to burn credits.

If your usage is far outside what a business your size normally needs, we talk to you first. We show you what we are seeing and suggest the right plan or add-on, and we throttle only after that conversation. The exception is abuse, a security problem or an automation running away with credits: we may pause that right away, and we tell you why. No surprise charges: extra credits and add-ons are billed only when you ask for them.

How this fits with your contract

This policy forms part of our Terms of Service. Where a signed engagement letter or MSA says something different, that document wins. We can update this page, and when we do we follow the change rules in the Terms.
