What do I need to have ready?
Your business details and your Facebook Page. A logo, photos and brand colors help if you have them. If you don't, tell us in setup and we design from there.
Do I need to connect every account?
No. Connect your Facebook Page for social posts. Instagram, Google Ads and Google Business Profile are optional, depending on your plan or add-ons. Setup shows which connections are available to you.
Do I have to get on a call?
No. You sign up online, fill in the setup and send requests from your dashboard. We answer in your dashboard too.
When does work on my website start?
We start when your setup is done. You review the first version and ask for any changes before approving it to go live.
How do I send a request?
Open My Requests in your dashboard, press New request and say what you need. Add a photo if you have one. It works from your phone's browser.
What if I need something my plan doesn't cover?
Ask anyway. If it's outside your plan, like SEO or a custom build, we say so before any work starts and quote it separately.
