Frequently asked questions

Do I have to supply the photos?

Share what you have. If photos are missing, we agree what we can create from your brand assets and what you need to supply before planning posts.

Will it sound like me?

Your Brand Brain records your wording, business facts and claims to avoid. You review the drafts and can ask for changes before posting.

Does social media bring in jobs?

Posting helps people understand your business and see current work. It does not guarantee inquiries or sales; paid campaigns are a separate service.

Do I need a website to use Socials?

No. Socials posts to your Facebook Page and Instagram and includes no website. If you want one built and hosted, Micro includes it.

Do you reply to comments and messages?

Not as part of Socials or Micro posting. Comment and message handling can be quoted separately; your team remains responsible unless that work is agreed.

Can I add another channel or more posts?

Yes. Extra channels are add-ons on every plan. For more posts, pick a bigger Socials tier or add posts to a Micro plan.

Do you manage Google Business Profile too?

On Socials we can post to it as an extra channel. Setting up or editing the profile itself needs a separate custom scope.
