How do you quote custom work?
Scope first, in writing, then a price for that scope. Anything outside it is quoted again before we build it.
Who owns the code?
The system we build and host stays with MightWork; your data is yours and exportable. A transfer-out is agreed at signing.
What happens after launch?
We host it, fix it and change it as your business changes. That is the engagement, not a handover.
