Is it really $6.63 a day?

Start costs $199 a month, billed monthly by card. Spread over a 30-day month, that comes to $6.63 a day. The daily figure is for comparison only; the charge itself happens once a month.

How come it's so cheap?

The price is affordable, not cheap. Agencies usually bill for account managers, meetings and repeat work done by hand. Our software handles the repeat work, so our team's time goes to your designs, and the savings go into your price.

Are you using AI?

AI is used for first drafts, resizing for each platform and other repetitive work. Our designers, writers and marketers set your brand's look and voice, check every piece and make the final call before anything reaches you.

What counts as one request?

A request is a single piece of work, such as a new page, a logo, a graphic or a change to the site. Larger jobs are split into separate requests and completed in turn. Monthly social posts are not counted as requests.

Do you run my ads?

Ads are included on Go and Sprint, covering Facebook and Instagram with up to $500 a month in ad spend on Go and $1,000 on Sprint. The spend is paid directly to Meta on your own card. Start does not include ads.

What if I don't like the design?

Revisions are included, so changes can be requested after each version you review. Nothing is published until you approve it, whether it is a page on your site, a graphic or a social post.

How fast do I get things?

A first version usually takes 3 to 5 business days, or 1 to 5 business days on Sprint. Larger jobs may take longer, and you are told before work starts. Requests are handled in the order they are sent.

What happens if I cancel?

Micro and Macro are month to month. Cancel before renewal to finish your paid month. A refund under the 14-day guarantee ends service immediately.

What does Micro’s guarantee cover?

Cancel within 14 days of your first Micro charge for a full refund of that payment.

What does Macro’s satisfaction guarantee cover?

Unhappy with our work? Cancel within 14 days of your first payment for a service-fee refund, excluding ad spend and third-party costs.

What do I keep after I leave?

Your data and existing assets stay yours. Micro includes your domain and delivered designs. Macro-created assets follow your agreement. Websites require an active subscription.

Do I have to talk to a salesperson?

Micro and Macro signup is online: choose a plan, pay by card, then complete setup. Custom projects start with a consultation.
