Built for dental practices that

  • Keep patient records in their own practice software
  • Plan around the benefits calendar, December through January
  • Answer to HIPAA and approve every public word
  • Run one or a few offices with a front desk

Where new patients decide

New patients look and ask all weekend. You see their requests on Monday.

New patients compare a few offices before they call or book. This is what we set up for each moment, and what stays with you.

Sunday night, searching for a new dentist

Two offices look alike. The one that lists accepted plans and real openings gets the visit.

What we do
We put your accepted plans, hours and locations on one page, with a booking button.
Your part
The plans you accept, your hours and the visit times to offer.
10:40 pm, a tooth is hurting

They search for an emergency dentist and skip offices with no hours or number.

What we do
We build an emergency page with your hours and number, and keep it current.
Your part
Your after-hours number, or a plain note that you do not take emergencies.
Friday, a patient offers a photo

A happy patient says you can post their photo. HIPAA wants that yes in writing.

What we do
We build posts from approved office details and photos with permission. You see each one first.
Your part
A written authorization for any patient photo or story, kept in your own records.
Monday, 8:05 am, the weekend's requests

Requests arrived all weekend while the office was closed. Monday starts with one list.

What we do
Leads keeps each request with its source, visit type and follow-up date in one list.
Your part
A front desk that returns requests, and the visit types you offer.

How it starts

Start in three steps.

Nothing goes live until you have seen it.

  1. 1

    Pick a plan

Choose Socials, Micro or Macro, then add what you need. The price is on the card before you pay.

  2. 2

    Tell us about the business

We ask for your accepted plans, hours, locations and the visits you want more of, plus office photos.

  3. 3

    Approve the first work

A new patient page and your first posts arrive for your review before anything goes live.

Your marketing year

The dental year runs on the insurance calendar.

Be ready for December and January first, then for families in the summer. Email to your own patients is quoted separately, after a list and consent check.

  1. November to December

What happensUnused benefits can expire in December, which gives patients with a plan a reason to book.

Do thisSend one reminder in early November, through your practice software, to your own list.

  2. January

What happensBenefits reset, and many people look for a dentist in the first weeks of the year.

Do thisHave your Business Profile, reviews and online booking current in December, before the January searches.

  3. Summer

What happensFamilies schedule before school, and cosmetic inquiries rise before events.

Do thisSend back-to-school reminders to families, and start cosmetic-service content and ads in May.

Our own working calendar for US practices, not a study. Insurance rules move the dates.

The practical details

Who does what.

MightWork handles

  • Write, build and maintain the agreed pages and forms.
  • Draft posts and ads from the details and photos you approve, and hold each one for your OK.
  • Set up one appointment type and one calendar for new patient visits.
  • Agree tracking rules with you before any ad pixel goes live.

You handle

  • Confirm hours, locations, accepted plans and any wording your regulator requires.
  • Provide office photos you can use, and written authorization for any patient photo or story.
  • Approve each post, offer and ad budget before it runs.
  • Return requests and schedule patients in your practice software.

A good fit when

  • You take new patients and can state your accepted plans and hours in plain words.
  • Your front desk can return website requests and book the visit.

Where the fit stops

Charts, health history, treatment plans, insurance checks and the schedule stay in your practice software. We give no clinical advice and take no health records.

Scope and add-ons

Your dental website
Health history forms stay in your practice software; we link to them. Pages run on your domain.
Local search and AI answers
Basic SEO and AEO come with every Micro plan. Review replies are custom work.
Ads for new patient visits
Tracking rules are agreed with you before any pixel goes live. Local Services Ads need a separate scope.
Posts from your office photos
A patient photo or story needs written authorization first. Replies to comments and messages are quoted separately.
New patient booking
Basic booking covers one appointment type and one calendar. Several providers or practice software connections need separate scope.
One inbox for every request
It covers leads, bookings and requests. It is not a patient record.

Marketing ideas by cost

Dental marketing ideas, sorted by cost.

The free ones come first. These are ideas, not our scope: we do not send texts for you.

Free

  1. Recall every patient who is overdue

The patient you already have is the cheapest new appointment. Use your practice software's recall tools for visits that are due.

  2. Use-your-benefits reminders in November

Many plans reset in January, so unused benefits can expire in December. Remind your own list through your practice software.

  3. Reply to every review without confirming anyone is a patient

A reply that says "thanks for visiting us" is a disclosure under HIPAA. Thank them for the feedback and stop there.

Show 5 more
  1. Answer every call, and call back the ones you miss

A caller who reaches a person can book. One who reaches voicemail tries the next number. Answering costs no media.

  2. Finish your Google Business Profile

Every service listed, real photos of the place and the work, hours that are true, and a reply to every review within a day.

  3. Ask for the review before they leave

The customer who just paid is the one who says yes. Ask in person, then send the link before they go.

  4. Track where every booking came from

One question at booking, written down every time. After a few months the pattern shows which spend to cut and which to keep.

  5. Check your website on a phone

Open it on your own phone. The number to call, your location, reviews and a booking button should be on screen before you scroll.

Under $500 a month

  1. Online booking that shows real openings

A request form is a phone call in disguise. A calendar with real slots books the patient at 10pm.

  2. Google Local Services Ads

Pay per lead, shown above the search results. Google verifies your business first, which takes weeks. Check that your category and area qualify.

  3. A missed-call text-back that actually sends

A monthly fee from most vendors. The catch is A2P carrier registration, which takes weeks and can be rejected. Send only to people who agreed.

Over $500 a month

  1. Search ads on services, not on the practice

Implants, aligners, emergency dentist, with your neighborhood. A new patient searches the problem, not your name.

  2. Search ads on the work you want more of

Start with the searches for the work you most want. Budget on your own card, management fee separate, reported in bookings.

What marketing costs elsewhere

  • Dental and medical local SEO is quoted at $3,000 a month by one practitioner, with a $5,000 minimum for some industries at a large local-SEO agency[1]
  • Google Ads management is commonly billed at $500 to $2,000 a month, or 10 to 20 percent of ad spend[2]
  • A boutique agency serving local service businesses charges $1,000 a month for one channel and $1,750 for ads plus SEO together[3]
  • Review-request and messaging tools (Podium, Birdeye) list at $249 to $599 a month before any agency fee[4]
  • Call tracking starts at $95 a month plus $3 per local number[5]

Other providers' published prices, not ours. Our plans and prices are above.

A price you can see, and nothing goes live until you approve it.

Pick a plan, send your hours, locations and accepted plans, then approve the first work. Month to month, with a 14-day money-back guarantee on Micro.

Before you decide

Questions before you start.

Is MightWork HIPAA compliant, and do you sign a BAA?

We do not claim HIPAA compliance and take no health details. Onboarding includes a signed BAA and agreed tracking rules before any pixel goes live.

Who approves what goes out?

You do. Each post waits for your OK, and you approve ad offers and budgets before campaigns run.

Can you reply to my Google reviews?

Review replies are quoted separately. We draft wording that thanks the reviewer and never confirms a visit; you post it.

Do you replace Dentrix, Eaglesoft or Open Dental, or answer my phone?

No. Keep your practice software for charts, the schedule and billing; your team answers the phone.

Can you email my overdue patients or send recall texts?

We send no texts today. Email follow-up is quoted after we check your list and consent.

Can you promise a number of new patients?

No. Demand, competition, budget and your front desk all affect results. We agree the work, then review requests and booked visits.

Can I take my practice website with me if I leave?

Yes. Export your website files while you have access, then keep and edit them. Hosting runs with the plan, and third-party licenses still apply.
